Howard Schragin handled my case which involved unlawful termination. He was kind and patient with explaining the process as it proceeded. He provided honest upfront and realistic information to me to help me make informed decisions. He is quick to respond to calls and emails. He kept me informed during a difficult period of time. He worked hard and I ended up feeling justifiably compensated and well taken care of!

Doesn’t stop until he gets you the settlement you deserve.
As a lawyer myself, it should be understandable that I had a very rigorous criteria for an attorney to represent me in an employment law matter. After calling around to many attorney’s in the area, I found Howard to be most empathetic, yet transparent about my case. Howard was adamant with my case and got me the settlement I deserved. He is easy to work with and involves you in the process. Most importantly he regularly communicated with updates and responded to my emails in a timely matter even when on vacation. I would easily coin him “the lawyers, lawyer” which is a difficult accolade to receive as your peers can be the most critical. If ever I am in need for representation or just simply legal consultation again, I am going to Howard.
