Howard represented me through the separation from a company I cofounded and spent ten years building. It was not a simple exit.
What I valued most was that he was straight with me. When we hit questions outside his expertise he said so and brought in other specialized counsel. He pushed hard where it mattered and told me when something was not worth fighting over, which probably saved me more than the wins did.
