Efficient and Professional
After consulting with Howard, I felt confident that he would be able to handle my EEOC claim. He laid out a specific plan as to how he was going to be able to help my case. I hired him to file the claim and handle correspondence between me and my employer. Howard worked efficiently and professionally. He always answered my calls and emails in a timely manner and never wasted my time. Consequently, he represented me in the mediation phase where I was successful in gaining my accommodation and right to legal fees. He was a pleasure to work with, and an ethical and honest person. I would highly recommend him.

As a lawyer myself, it should be understandable that I had a very rigorous criteria for an attorney to represent me in an employment law matter. After calling around to many attorney’s in the area, I found Howard to be most empathetic, yet transparent about my case. Howard was adamant with my case and got me the settlement I deserved. He is easy to work with and involves you in the process. Most importantly he regularly communicated with updates and responded to my emails in a timely matter even when on vacation. I would easily coin him “the lawyers, lawyer” which is a difficult accolade to receive as your peers can be the most critical. If ever I am in need for representation or just simply legal consultation again, I am going to Howard.
